Unnaturally large line-spacing in numbered lists

See for instance attachment 16847, but also reference lists IIRC. Maybe it's the same as in bullet lists, but it looks much larger in numbered lists to me

Looks the same as in the bullet lists for me. I'm not sure there's a bug here. The extra spacing probably looks just fine if the lists have actual content in them.

The lists I was talking about did have actual content. The spacing looks more out of place in numbered lists of short references, I think. But why do lists need special line spacing between list items (compared to the space between lines belonging to a same list item) in the first place?

As already announced in Tech News, OfflineContentGenerator (OCG) will not be used anymore after October 1st, 2017 on Wikimedia sites. OCG will be replaced by Electron. You can read more on mediawiki.org.
