Right now when a translation (or root message) is changed through the translation interface on the 'control' wiki the change is made locally and the log is updated but the messages stay the same on the remote 'jump' wikis. In the past we had to run a cli script to update all of the configs on those jump wikis with new messages but we probably want to do that automatically when translations are updated on the control.

I note this is a preexisting issue in SecurePoll and is therefore not really in scope.
I had a look at this to see if it was easy enough to just do quickly, and it turns out it was since jump wikis only care about the actual election messages and not questions or options.
So as long as this approach passes code review, you're in luck!
