Used Chrome desktop and stable mode. Clicked the lead section edit, write down some test text and click save. In the "Summary" field i insert "Test submit" and clicked save. The edit is saved, but not the summary :(

Maybe LD this patch in the next SWAT? The latest wmf branch was created today (without this patch), so Wikipedias will get thid patch in 14 days, which is a long time :/

The edit summary is an important feature to summarize an edit, it's bad, that a users summary message will not be saved and a reviewer maybe think the user doesn't submitted a summary.
