In my Commons watchlist nowadays I see individual image upload info:

(Upload log) AKS471883 talk contribs uploaded a new version of File:COVID-19 Outbreak World Map.svg ‎(Kiribati 1000)

I am embarrassed to say I did not notice the arrowhead expanding the individual uploads here:

(Upload log)‎ [Treck08‎; Jamesy0627144‎; HerrAdams‎; 幺于‎]

This function is not listed in the legend box at the top right of my Commons watchlist. I have no idea if this is as new function or not. No one mentioned it in this 8 year old thread previously.

If it has been there all along then maybe many people aren't noticing that tiny arrowhead or what it does. I suggest putting it in the legend.

I would like to have that in expanded mode all the time. No arrowhead. I don't see an option for that. Maybe this thread could be changed to that feature request.

If you click the dropdown that has the number of changes and number of days, you can unselect the option "Group results by page".

I don't see that option on my Commons watchlist:
