Tables - applying headings format to table cells will split the table

Split table

Steps to reproduce:

  1. In VE insert a table.
  1. Double-click in any cells - Heading formatting becomes available. Select any Heading.

The cell to which formatting was applied becomes "de-attached" from the table to display applied format. The table will "loose" this cell - look at the screenshot.

MediaWiki headings are only supposed to every be at document level. We either need to allow them in table cells, or disable them in table cells. The latter would be quite complex.
