Are the test strings in these cases different?

I think we can live with such a simplification (or similar).
The 'templatesused' message does say 'Templates used on this page' from what I can see (it's customized on enwiki where it uses 'Pages transcluded...'). There are a bunch of other messages that use similar strings, but unless this is talking about one of those messages, I think there's nothing to fix.
