I'm aware of that, and have had chunked uploads enabled for a long time already.
However, files above ~30-40 MB tend to fail on me (I use both the most recent versions of Chrome and Safari (OS X 10.10.1).

I tried this particular file at least 10 times, and always get 'Internal error: Could not determine if the copy succeeded.' That's why I'm trying via this way.

Maybe the file(s) are is in the stash, but not published: https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:UploadStash&withJS=MediaWiki:EnhancedStash.js
~30-40 MB shouldn't be a problem. You can also try a standalone desktop applications for uploading files or the old Special:Upload.
