Hi. As you can see here, the abuse filter blocked this user twice. I think that if the user is already blocked, abuse filter should not try to block him again unless new block settings should be applied (when blocks with abusefilter can be customized per filter). Another example here, where the IP was blocked three times... I think this is weird. Best regards.
