Phabricator does not recognize wiki markup

Description

In bugzilla there was very useful recognizing of wiki markup.

[[:de:wikt:Foo]] alvays made link to https://de.wiktionary.org/wiki/Foo

Now there is no easy (or intuitive) way, how to do the same.

Especially in old bugs (like T71286 ) transferred from bugzilla they are missing

Replied. Remarkup processes wiki markup for Phriction, if Phriction is installes. We have no plans to install Phriction, since we believe that Wikimedia wikis like mediawiki.org are the right place for our wiki documentation.
