Description

When I create a task in Phabricator it always says:
"Amire80 changed Security from none to none."

It would be useful if it said something significant, like "from none to top secret" (I just made this up), but "from none to none" sound completely useless.

It would be nice to avoid showing this.

(I am not sure that I put this in the right project - please check. Thanks.)
