Description

image extract ignore images in https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Montages this will likely improve the look of images served up by hovercards, nearby, search, and many many other places, like app history, offline articles, and the upcoming image previews in the VE link inspector.

Not sure what "image extract" is, which codebase it is part of, how to see that (no steps to reproduce provided in this ticket).
