Description

We have seen users in #wikimedia-devtools asking how can they get their repository imported in Phabricator. Having a process defined and documented would help the Diffusion takeover.

Import from where, SVN? Or is this about replacing gerrit for some repos?

A process to import repositories from anywhere, i.e. GitHub too. This is not about replacing existing repositories in Gerrit, but about making them here available as well. Like all these: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/diffusion/

Right now my inclination on repository requests (also in the vein of T1009) is to just file a request against #repo-admins which is the group that can handle it.

I don't think Phabricator provides a list of people ordered by tasks closed like (IIRC) Bugzilla did?
