Every time I try to create a book greater than a few pages long, it gives me the error: "Generation of the document file has failed.
Status: Rendering process died with non zero code: 1". I've tried using the tool on different computers and different browsers, to no avail. I have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed, which may have been causing problems initially, since prior to updating, it wouldn't even go through the rendering process before giving an error.

It still isn't working for me. Here are some examples of books that fail to render with that error:
