Description

Our IEG project (http://tools.wmflabs.org/wikiatlas2014/) requires the use of the shp2pgsql tool to load shapefiles into postgres.

We get the following error when trying to run shp2pgsql:

To run 'shp2pgsql' please ask your administrator to install the package 'postgis'
