For increased readability, an option to consolidate together all the consecutive edits by a single user could be added to watchlists. The appearance would remain the same except for a notification of the number of edits, and the edit summary would be the one for the last edit. If an edit has been marked as visited in between, the edits should be split in two groups (one before visit, one after visit).
