stat1002 and stat1003 have many user accounts, and are used for ad hoc work. We'd like to move these into the Analytics VLAN to make these machines more isolated from the production network.

Mark has asked me to focus on IPsec, so we'll need help from another network admin for this one. Adding Alex, Brandon, and Faidon.
Additional details: stat1002 has a private IP, stat1003 has a public IP, and stat1001 is not planned to move. There may be associated ACL (firewall) changes required.

@BBlack I've started an etherpad to guide us for tomorrow's move: http://etherpad.wikimedia.org/p/stat-analytics-vlan.

Woot! Done! As far as I can tell, all is good.
There will surely be some issues that pop up here and there. I will work with them as they happen.
