We need to move the parsers and validators into their own directory in order to then split them out into a separate repository.

I did a quick find and grep and it looks like all parsers and validators are already in directories called "Parsers" and "Validators". I might have missed one, but this is not really worth tracking this in a 3 years old ticket.
