Hi, according to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Phabricator/Creating_and_renaming_projects#Name the words need to be separated by dashes.
"WikibaseSerializationJavaScript" won't be suggested if someone starts typing "serial...", while "Wikibase-Serialization-JavaScript"will appear among the suggestions indeed.
The same can be said about the rest of CamelCase projects created by @Tobi_WMDE_SW today.
Apart from this, and assuming that these projects make sense to the Wikidata team, you are good to go. Since you are in the Project-Creators group, you can create the projects yourselves. Remember to set the View policy to Public.
This project has been created with the policy "All Users". It should be "Public", see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Phabricator/Creating_and_renaming_projects#Default_policy . Also, it is useful to mention the project create in this task (as in "#Project") to test that it woks and to have this task in the history of the new project.
