Acceptance Criteria
- Show a 'Discuss this file' text link to the discussion page of this file on Commons or other repository
- Show a ' Talk ' icon before the text link
- This link could be placed below the 'Learn more on Wikimedia Commons', on the right hand side of the meta-data panel
- The intent of this feature is to encourage more productive collaborations between users around this file
- It also invites users to visit Commons to contribute to its work
