Standardize MultimediaViewer styles
Open, LowestPublic

Migrated from:

As a developer, I want to have a standard style library, so that I don't have to bother a designer every time I need to pick a color/font size/etc.

Acceptance Criteria

  • have a less file with a bunch of variables with generic, semantic names (@active-tab-color, @primary-text-font-size etc) and comments explaining their use
  • ideally, contribute it back to whatever central style library exists

Mass-removing the Multimedia tag from MediaViewer tasks, as this is now being worked on by the Reading department, not Editing's Multimedia team.

The WMF base variables file is existing at But I don't have time to implement it any time soon.

I understand correctly that this refers to the comparison with the styles of the MediaWiki, and not the extension itself? I would expand it in this case.
