Narrative

As a user, I can add MediaViewer to any page URL, so that it's really easy to see its first image in Media Viewer.

Acceptance Criteria

Show the first image on a page if it's URL contains MediaViewer without any other parameters
This also solves the problem of opening up a Commons page in Media Viewer
For example,https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Swallow_flying_drinking.jpg#mediaviewer would load that image in Media Viewer
