Narrative
As a user, I can easily find an updated FAQ about Upload Wizard during the uploading process, so that I can learn how to upload files on our sites, at each step of the way -- and troubleshoot as needed.
Acceptance Criteria
- Provide one or more links to the FAQ within the Upload Wizard FAQ (instead of Help forum): https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Upload_Wizard_FAQ
- Consider adding special 'question mark' (?) links in most confusing parts of the wizard (e.g. licenses), linking directly to the FAQ that guides them through this step.
- Update this FAQ as needed, to guide our users with more specific questions about the latest version of this tool.
- Get it translated, so more users can read it in their own language.

There are other attempts to help our users, but they can be confusing for casual users, or not specific enough about the uploading tasks:
