There are various warnings that can be issued for an upload and the user can then decide whether to ignore them (e.g. file already exists, file already exists on a remote repo,file existed but was deleted...)

UploadWizard just treats all these warnings as upload errors; it should offer the ability to ignore the warning and upload.
