Narrative

As an uploader, I can make any damn sense of the description fields in UploadWizard, so that I am able to describe files.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Add required star for the description field
  • Add some padding so it doesn't look like the "add a new description" link is tied to the description text box
  • Maybe move them around a bit?
  • Make the description area more prominent, add a placeholder text.
  • Move language control under the description text...maybe
  • Move "x" control to the top-right of the description div, make it a bit bigger
