Click on image title to go straight to Commons

Description

Migrated from: https://wikimedia.mingle.thoughtworks.com/projects/multimedia/cards/713

Narrative

As a user, I can click on the image title in Media Viewer, so that I can go straight to the Commons file page.

Commons users frequently report they cannot find the file description page, as the current Commons button at the lower right is not being noticed by many. This could be an easy way to help them find it more quickly.

Acceptance Criteria

  • If user clicks on image title, take them to the file description page on Commons.
  • Add a tooltip to make this clear?
  • Track this action in our metrics dashboard.

I propose to move the Commons action to the left to make it the first element instead.

We can also make the title part of the clickable area (hovering on the title would make the commons icon to highlight t communicate the connection), but that could affect negatively the discovery of the metadata panel. So I would only consider the later after checking the impact of the former change.

Moving the Commons icon wold also leave more room for the "use this file" label.

With the filename below the fold (once T77675 is done), I imagine this wouldn't be very useful.

Mass-removing the Multimedia tag from MediaViewer tasks, as this is now being worked on by the Reading department, not Editing's Multimedia team.
