As a new contributor, I can see guided tours in Upload Wizard, to help me better understand how to upload images properly.
Acceptance Criteria
- Create one or more guided tours for the most difficult parts of Upload Wizard
- Add 'Guided Tour' text links in the parts of Upload Wizard where a tour is available
