As a community or team member, I can learn which unsupported file formats people are trying to upload, so that we can understandwhat new format support would have the biggest impact.

Acceptance Criteria

Collectdata on which unsupported file formats users are trying to upload, by counting the number of upload attempts for each file extension (e.g. mp4, odf, epub, etc.)
