Description

The MediaWiki Jobrunner service seems to have upstart supports but lacks a symlink in /etc/init.d/.

Can be seen on instance deployment-jobrunner01 which has /etc/init/jobrunner.confand /etc/init/jobrunner.conf.

/etc/init.d/jobrunner should point to /lib/init/upstart-job

why do we need this? Upstart start(1) and stop(1) and, more importantly, the service(1) wrapper already know how to treat this.
