Description

The goal is to have a minimal image bootable via pxe to perform rescue tasks. Other use cases include wiping disks, OOB configuration, etc. debirf seems suited for this task.

Prerequisite to this work is to add a pxelinux menu (defaulting to d-i) that will also offer to wipe/rescue/etc, tracked in T191018: Provide an option menu when booting via PXE
