Mass-removing the Multimedia tag from MediaViewer tasks, as this is now being worked on by the Reading department, not Editing's Multimedia team.

It looks like nobody triages MediaViewer tickets and has all "tracking" tasks in mind.
So this "tracking" task lacks newer tasks (e.g. T236591) which should be subtasks.

Proposing to decline this task and other "tracking" tasks. People could search for MediaViewer" tasks with the term history if they were interested in a list.
We shouldn't categorize for the sake of (incomplete) categorization.
