OAuth sometimes fails on AutoList2
Closed, InvalidPublic

Description

Autolist does not process any changes... I noticed errors to do with authentication before.. In an earlier time, it took Ori a few moments to fix this.

@GerardM: T78223 is now fixed, which is probably (hopefully!) the same issue as this, can you confirm?

At least authorizing doesn't work for me. If I go to http://tools.wmflabs.org/widar/ and click "Authorize WiDaR now" it redirects to http://tools.wmflabs.org/widar/index.php?action=authorize which gives a message: {"key":"...","secret":"...","oauth_callback_confirmed":"true"}

And after this when I'll go back to http://tools.wmflabs.org/widar/ it's not authorized and thus I can't use autolist tool.

The same error message as in T78209.

@Stryn: Works for me when I just tried.

Reducing priority since it seems to work now.

@yuvipanda: Why was "Needs triage" priority set? This is already triaged and you did not reduce priority but increased it.
You could set "Stalled" status instead. Or close as declined if not reproducible.

Hoi,
The oAuth problem is alive and well. While running tasks using AutoList2 it
regularly happens that the message appears that there is no oAuth
authentication. Typically restarting will have the process run again from
the point where it stopped.

The fact that it is not easily reproduced does not mean that it is solved.
Not at all.
Thanks,

GerardM
