Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a page with VE
2.Edit the page
3.Click on "Save Page"

TypeError: this.toolbar.getSurface(...) is null appears in the console

If you try to reopen the page,it wont open and throw the following error:
TypeError: this.getSurface(...) is null
