Allow searching for local filters only and global filters only on Meta.

Description

Currently at Meta-Wiki's Special:AbuseFilter there's no option to look for local filters only or global filters only. I suggest that two checkboxes be added to the form:

  • Local filters only
  • Global filters only

both unchecked by default. This will local Meta-Wiki administrators and stewards look for the filters they're able to manage, filter results, etc.

Do you mean on Special:AbuseFilter or Special:AbuseLog? (or both?) Link in description points to former, but text is latter. Sounds you mean it for Special:AbuseFilter, the filter list.
