In the "Interest and involvement in Wikimania" section, after the "Have you attended Wikimania before?" question, insert two new questions:

(1) YES/NO question with the following text: “Have you previously attended Wikimania on a WMF scholarship?”

• This should be a required question

(2) "If so, please use the space below to tell us about something great that happened as a result of attending Wikimania previously? What are your goals for attending Wikimania again?"

• Long answer text box for the applicant's answer
• If YES is selected, this question should be required.
• If NO is selected, then this question the applicant should not be allowed to answer this second question
