Two Mediawiki accounts linked to Phabricator

Description

Somehow, I added two Mediawiki accounts to my account on Phabricator.

Now, when I try to remove one of the accounts or even refresh, I receive the following error message:

Unhandled Exception ("AphrontCountQueryException")
More than 1 result from loadOneWhere()!

@mmodell? I know we know about this happening, is there anything we can do to address it case by case while waiting for the greater fix?

that's really weird... @chasemp: since we removed darkconsole my ability to debug is severely limited. Would it be ok if I enable darkconsole so I can figure out what's up with it?
