Collaboration-Team-Triage starts a new sprint Wednesday, so pattern matching from https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/sprint/board/848/ suggests it should be called §Collaboration-Team-Sprint-2014-12-17 .

Creating and renaming projects says "new projects must be proposed before being created (except sprints and releases)." The passive voice makes it ambiguous, I wasn't able to create a sprint by clicking the link on that sprint project, it went to the usual /project/create page and failed with "You do not have permission to create new projects."
