System MGMT cable kept pulling out. I replaced it with another, but the jack is
kinda crappy on the system so I anchored it with a velcro tie as well. System
log shows no errors from hardware. Bringing system back online.

Turns out the secondary power cable for the system was under too much tension.
It would very regularly pull out enough to register power failure, but then go
back in. Surprisingly enough, the cable mgmt kept the power cable in place
enough for the errors. (Is that irony?) This should clear up now, and the
system will not just randomly shut down.
