Description:
In r14429 the handling of history feeds for a not (and never) existing page is
broken. When I f.e. open a link like
"index.php?title=ThisPageNeverExists&action=history&feed=rss" I will get 3
history entries.

In r14423 the handling is correct an following message is printed out: "There is
no edit history for this page."
