Could you add the answers to Ryan's questions either here or on the Bugzilla
ticket? Would enable others to do it too.
* Preferred wikitech username (this will also be the user's git display name)
* Preferred shell account name (must be lowercase and ascii, this is used for
ssh)
* Email address
