Android App 2.0-beta-2014-12-19

pages should indicate whether they have been saved no matter how you got there

visit from the saved list and then the far right hamburger says "Refresh page". sometimes. depends on the page??!?!?

visit same page from e.g. search results and then the hamburger says "Save page"

also, if you pull page down past top of page to refresh then it refreshes and "Save page" or "Refresh page" becomes grayed out "Page saved". (good) then swipe down from top again and it reverts to"Save page". (bad?)
