Description

In an attempt to file T85196, I edit conflicted Keegan and it changed all the settings back. Could we receive a fatal error or warning forcing a refresh?

Bugzilla's edit conflict warning spoiled us :)

But really, this should be upstreamed if it's not a duplicate. Edit conflicts on bug reports are not uncommon at all.

I merged T78236 here because it is a narrower case of the generic problem described here. Either way.
