I see the same problem as shown in the screenshot.
This is the corresponding Bugzilla comment: https://old-bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=65188#c5. It's from @mwjames, who has a correct Phabricator account, i.e. https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T45264#841256
@mwjames, did you have another account / email address in Phabricator that you haven't claimed yet? Or is there something weird happening to your account / that specific comment?
The problem for this specific account also happens for other cases of being a commenter, see https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T23988#249762 or https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T48522#485497.
However as an author/reporter there is no such problem: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T74870
Both is/was obviously the very same email address (=account) in Bugzilla.
CC'ing Chase if he has an idea what might have gone wrong here (and if it's actually fixable?).
I'm not sure really the only time I've seen similar is when an account is created and makes a comment and is then deleted. Was this person ever associated with an account previously? I know we've deleted a few over time but it probably wasn't documented as well as it should have been. That would be my guess based on the behavior.
Now that I have DB access, looking at the transaction logs of the three tasks via SELECT usr.userName,trs.* FROM phabricator_user.user usr INNER JOIN phabricator_maniphest.maniphest_transaction trs WHERE usr.phid = trs.authorPHID AND (trs.transactionType = "core:comment") AND (trs.objectPHID = "PHID-TASK-l6wd7yvk5aov3gqnsohq" OR trs.objectPHID = "PHID-TASK-jkgr6fzvae7jt4v5xuiz" OR trs.objectPHID = "PHID-TASK-xu2bqqaevhxqdbe5sdkw") ORDER BY trs.objectPHID,trs.dateCreated; there are simply no transaction entries for comments by "Unknown Object (User)". Not sure which bug there might have been in the migration script in 2014...
Might be a WONTFIX / declined nowadays... :-/

There was no response to my initial note nearly 6 years ago :) Unless Release-Engineering-Team wants to go on the hunt here, I would agree with wontfix
