[Task] Show Wikidata ranks on mobile

Description

Ranks are a crucial part of the data model. They are not shown on mobile. They need to be shown.

(FWIW as a newbie to Wikidata I have no idea what ranks are and what they mean nor what they would mean to me on a mobile device)

(My point was how does a newbie find that link/learn the meaning/significance of it and that maybe the current design is failing :-))

Heh it surely is. Part of the redesign to fix this.
