Description

Bad table formatting is common. The table at ==Novels and collections== in https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Christopher_Fowler&oldid=638099886&veaction=edit is missing a cell at the end of the fourth row. We need a way to insert single cells when someone has screwed up the wikitext formatting.
