Any project looking for adoption should have a nice homepage which appears at the top of my google search results and has demos, latest code and documentation. Currently OOUI has no central website for this information and to use it relies on jumping around the internet and asking people over e-mail in IRC. Can we change this?

Since the code is not MediaWiki specific I urge doing this outside the MediaWiki framework (and even better built in OOUI to dog food it).

I personally would find this extremely useful and it would accelerate adoption in mobile and I strongly suspect other projects.
