Description

Steps to reproduce (newest master):

  1. Login
  2. Open a page
  3. Click Notification bell
  4. Click browsers back button (or close button of NotificationOverlay)

Expected: Overlay should be closed and the content should be visible
Observed: Overlay closes, but the content still looks like the Overlay is open.
