It would be nice if the extension could place newly signed up translators on an approval queue for someone to accept them.
When accepting, it should somehow enable them to use the Translation extension, probably by adding them to a group that is configured to be allowed translation access. They also should get a notification via their selected contact method (and/or Echo?)
Also, people should be removable, or can lose their permission by unsubscribing.
