Description

Related to both T85703 and T64308, it would be nice if during the account creation process , CentralAuth created a linked account for the user on another wiki, and allowed other extensions to update the list of wikis where the user should attempt to be created.

Failure to create a user on the other wiki (clashing name, etc) should be logged, but shouldn't block the account creation.
