Good idea. We should encourage documenting initial goals and final outcome.

Maybe this template should be also used in the related Phabricator tasks? Imagine this workflow:

1. A template is used in Phabricator tasks descriptions. Some content is drafted there before the session.
2. Session starts. Copy & paste task description in the etherpad.
3. Etherpad is updated during the session.
4. At the end of the session, etherpad is copied back to the task description.

Ping. We have a bunch of tasks for sessions, and if we are going to propose a template for them, they need it about... now.
