Android: 'Read more', 'More information', 'Quick facts' are not translated when switching to a different language

Description

Open, for example, 'Berlin' article in Englsih - switch to German. 'Read more', 'More information', 'Quick facts' are still displayed in English. Another example - Chinese(Classic) for 'Berlin' article.

@Etonkovidova The attached screenshot is from the iOS app. If the defect is meant to be for iOS then please add the iOS project. If it doesn't affect the Android app you can remove the Android project.
The screenshot indicates a new issue: QuickFacts in iOS has an RTL bug. The down arrow should be on the left side in RTL languages.

In general, when submitting defects it would be great if you could add the app version number.
For language specific issues it's useful to have the device language and the app language, and sometimes even the page language noted.

@bearND, I edited my comment-no issue with the down arrow for Android.
